Complete know-how of airlines reservation policies regarding group handling / PTA service functions / special need passengers with respect to wheelchair, stretcher and MEDA cases. 4. Clear understanding of fares / pricing / tariff and related rules and conditions. |
| Desired Profile | A graduate / post-graduate. Pleasing personality, Excellent communication skills. Specific prior experience in Customer Service / Sales is a pre-requisite. Similar adequate experience. Minimum Experience 1-2 years. Preferred age group 24-30 years. |

go-getter, should not take a Ace No. A Dynamic personality. Adequate experience of similar sales with a proven track record. Must be well-versed and comfortable with power-point presentations. Should possess excellent communication and leadership skills. |
